Bess joined Hoyle, Fickler, Herschel & Mathes LLP in June 2004 as an associate. Bess focuses her practice in general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the Firm, Bess was an associate at Frost and Zeff in Philadelphia, PA, where her practice focused on Civil Rights. During law school, she served as a Note/Comment Editor of the Temple Law Review.
