Career Highlights
Benjamin H. Field is an associate with Hoyle, Fickler, Herschel & Mathes LLP, where he maintains a litigation practice in matters involving general commercial litigation and the representation of companies in class action litigation. Ben has worked on a broad range of litigations in both Federal and Pennsylvania courts including securities class actions, constitutional challenges to campaign finance regulations, and defamation defense and reporter's shield law protections. In addition, Ben has experience with internal investigations on behalf of corporate counsel and investigations and responses to financial regulatory agencies in response to potential criminal and civil actions.
Prior to joining Hoyle, Fickler, Herschel & Mathes LLP in 2009, Ben was an associate from 2006 to 2009 at a large law firm. At the University of Pennsylvania, Ben served as an Articles Editor on the Law Review and studied American Legal History and Modern U.S. History as a Benjamin Franklin Fellow.
